your bf% is close to 20% if not higher. Don'T worry about it too much. You are a tall man and should be able to build considerable muscle mass in your first year (newbie year). With more muscle mass, you'll lose fat quicker. I hope I did not offend you when I said newbie !

I'd still incorporate weights in your routine, even if only for two days a week(2 full body) you'd look better with shape and 14% rather than 14% and being flat. Marathon runner comes to mind..painfully thin and malnutritioned looking.

I think you are around 20-23%, but I'm just guessing based on what I think I know... an educated guess. I find that it takes time to get some things in life, depending on where you start. I thought body fat percent was only measured if you exceed the height and weight standards... you being 72" would mean 202Lbs max.
Three week keto test run Started July 19 It will work, or I'm done dieting.

If you plan on being the the USAF, or any part of the service, prepare you're knees and rotator cuffs. They're in for quite a ride. With running, and you're three day a week lifting regiment I believe you stated, be sure you have immaculate squat form, or if you do so. Reason being is that while squats are good for the entire lower extremities muscle wise, if done slightly incorrectly, the knees will take the brunt of the mistake and slowly wear down. And incorporating a runing regiment, which I would imagine is outside on asphalt/concrete, and uphill, you're knees will take a serous beating. If you want to have running as your staple, do calf raises and shin raises.(lying hamstring curl machine; sit on it, put feet under the cylindrical device that you would normally curl with, and dorsiflex.) Otherwise, lift normally upperbody. Good luck, and I hope you have perfect vision.
Current Supplements: Multi, Whey, Caffeine, BCAA, Vitamin C, Calcium Current Cycle: Strength "Do not go where the path may lead, instead go where there is no path, and leave a trail."
