Young Guns-don't be disappointed by the comments, it takes guts to post pics of yourself on this site and then get the feedback. They are correct in their assement of your traps. Try some shrugs and deadlifts as suggested for a few months and then post some more pics. Your doing fine.

You'll find the people giving you negative comments are those actually trying to help you. They're basically telling you what areas to work on and being honest with you, it could give you more motivation, don't be offended by it, this isn't a "nice comments only category". From my perspective, it definitely looks as if you need to bulk up. You're capable of gaining a good 20 pounds of mass without exceeding 15% bodyfat which is most peoples bulking limit. What is your routine and nutrition? You'll need direct movements for your back & biceps in particular. As a lot of others have pointed out, trap development is vital.

:) I'm trying to ignore my traps and work my lats and delts more coz the traps are more developed when compared to the delts and lats.

How old are you? If you are under 20 and you are very active with school, athletics and work, it is hard to bulk up. I had that problem when I was in high school. I was active ALL the time, year round. I lifted regular but I didn't really bulk up until I got into college. Then I had more rest time and higher calories so the weight lifting took hold better and improvements were much more noticeable both in physique and in the amount that I could lift.
