Pretty good. Keep on bulking up. Your arms and pecs are your strong points IMO.

22 lbs gained in 2 months? that's 3 pounds a week. seems like too much.. but you said you just got back into it so might be some beginner/newb gains so i guess i should throw all the numbers out haha. you look good. if you want lats.. start doing pullups. 3 times a week. use a weight belt when it gets easy.. and start adding a little weight progressively. you'll have wings before you know it. the second picture you posted was right after a workout wasn't it? your arms are engorged.... i could be wrong, but seems a bit deceiving. next time take all your pictures COLD.. on a day where you haven't trained (if i'm wrong.. i apologize) nice progress. keep it up, and work your WHOLE body. nice job

thanks, no all the pics are taken cold, but yeah i have been doing tons of pull ups and bent and seated rows. yeah i think a lot of the weight i gained was just noob gains as i am already starting to slow down on gaining weight and increasing on measurements. i think of all the weight that i gained was about 10%- fat 30%- water weight(creatine) and 60%- muscle. and i do work out legs more than i do upper body actually with squats, deadlifts, and calve raises
