Hi,
I'm new to these forums.
I'm 15 and have been training since about 12.
but only recently started seriously training and eating healthy.

I track all my calories and I'm taking in about 3000-3200 a day
between 180-240g of protein, and fat grams are usually a little higher than what they probably should be, between 60-90.

I currently take Muscle Milk, Whey Protein, Creatine, and Nitric Oxide.
I'll be coming off the creatine soon though.

I have no clue what my BF% is so I wanted to see what you guys think.

otherwise critique

Excellent start.  You have a truckload more upper body mass and better proportionality than I did at 130, that's for sure.

How long have you been hitting that level of food intake, and how religious have you been about it?  I should expect someone taking in 3200 cal/day to be packing on a good pound and a half a week (if you're incorporating lots of heavy leg work).

And you're still in the middle of puberty?  Jeziz.  Keep this up and you're gonna be a monster.

Nice rig, BTW.  As a fellow Nikonian, I happen to know that D80 has a remote.  You should get familiar with it and really bust some serious poses (ie, there's no reason to be taking a picture of a mirror, or even holding that camera)   A lot of guys hesitate to take really comprehensive "before" shots, because they think they'll look foolish, or it never crosses their mind that they might need them later.  It doesn't even matter if you never share them; you should have them for your own reference.  Hit the same poses you anticipate doing when you're jacked up and ripped to shreds -that way, when you put them side by side, it will be a LOT easier to compare and show how far you've come.

haha funny how you noticed the exact type of camera.
Unfortunately I just bought it off a friend and don't have a remote for it.
but you were definitely right about the poses.
I don't like the idea of taking pictures like that right now and posting them.
but I will take some for my future reference like you stated.

I have packed on a little more than 12 pounds in the past 2-3 months
and am hoping to get to 140 within the next 3 months.
but that's is probably pushing it.
thanks for the advice though

At 15 a solid start, the trick my young brother is to stick with it thru the highschool years.  I would estimate BF  8-9% which is fine.   Keep hitting it hard and the work wil pay off.   Keep us posted every 3-6 months.   Good job.

One thing, give us a leg shot next time.
