hmm id say your body fat percent is somewhere around 6%.

If you really want the anatomical breakdown:

Work on: Latissimus Dorsi, Biceps, Triceps, Forearms, Pectorals, Trapezius, Deltoids, and I don't know what the lower region looks like.

All in all, you have a clean frame to work with. I'm not trying to deracinate your attitude towards lifting, but understand that this will take time. Put forth the effort and sustain determination and you will achieve what you wish to see in the mirror.

Begin a bulk cycle if you haven't already, stick to basic compound movements, and be sure to consume more calories than you expend daily.
Current Supplements: Multi, Whey, Caffeine, BCAA, Vitamin C, Calcium
Current Cycle: Strength
