This is what I'm looking at now...

Monday:
Deadlift - 5x5
Bent Row - 5x5
Pull-Ups - 3x10 and progress until 3x20 @ BW

Tuesday:
Bench - 5x5
Standing OH Press - 5x5
Dips - 3x10

Wednesday:
Squat - 5x5
Need another leg excersise or two, suggestions?

*Repeat*

Sunday: OFF

Can/probably will alternate a few things. Cleans for rows, incline bench for either bench or OH Press, close grip for dips, etc. etc.

Suggestions? Throw anything out there, I'm open for ideas, just want to get something set that I can be consistent with...

What if I switched it to lifting 6 out of every 8 days instead? Take a day off after 3 consecutive days of lifting, so thursday would be off, then repeat on friday, sat, sunday? Extra day of rest in there. And I there really isn't an area where I could do lunges in my gym, but I might try to make room.

Something like...

Squats - 5x5
Lunges - 3x5
Calf Raises - 3x10

And I can rotate in SL Deads for lunges. and How exactly do front squats work differently than squats?I never understood that...
