ok so I have been lifting now for about 4 months the first 2 I didnt have proper form and was slacking off the past 2 months I have made gains and strength has improved. I weighed 130lbs when I started and am now at about 140lbs so I am gaining. I am taking creatien and glutimine after work out. I intake about 145 grams of protien and 1260 calories besides the 2 meals I eat a day. I cant eat more real food due to conditions. The one thing is I have a bit of a stomach and I dont like it! Also I want to make more gains in my chest the most of all and my bicepts and back. Im sorry I cant post pics right now the network Im on wont let me its really slow satalite sucks! anyway I will try to post on a diff one later. But please help.
