Only doing this because IBB and Wannabe Draper asked if I was going to. Haven't lifted arms in a while because of injury (subluxation of radial head), but I just started back training them. Oh yea - maybe legs later. And - I don't know how to put two pictures in one post - idiot--

damn!! I think the scariest part about you is your not even flexing your back correctly.. your flexing your traps when you should be expanding your lats.. atleast I think you are the way your traps are pushing into them self.. that's not suppose to happen. You need to take a reshoot because your much bigger then you look in this picture. Looking awsome at your height and weight.

bryphil - Looking awesome man. Now I am wondering why you ever hesitated to post pics? You should be proud! I think the 'dry as a bone' reference means you are very cut and look as if you are holding no water-weight. (a very good thing) Are you always this cut? Not much to critique here, you are well developed. I would like to see some leg poses of course and probably a front and rear lat-spread. Oh and a front double-bi.

Thanks for the comments - your flattery is appreciated - though not as deserved as you make it seem Wannabe_Draper - I usually stay around the same %BF - I can drop a few and tighted up the lower abs when I'm really focused. I'll post again sometime with your suggestions - about wondering why I hesitate to post - it's because I'm putting half-naked pictures of myself up for people to see! I don't look like a model like you. Wicked121 - today I was 5'10" and 181 pounds - thanks ts66stang - I've lifted for a number of years - mostly for athletics - never for body building 'til recently - I'm not sure I want to make the committment to get a lot bigger - I love lifting and working out in general - but I'm probably too shy to actually pose in front of people with so little clothes - I've never really thought about it

I try to eat healthy - good sources of protein, fruit, vegetables and couple whey protein shakes a day. I spread it out through the day rather than 3 meals. This is an area I could do better (need more motivation or encouraement). Pizza and chocolate are always temptations that I endulge - when I don't eat 'clean' I don't have as much energy or stamina.

I've put on about 3-4 solid pounds Headed for spring break in Central America to build houses and dig latrines for 10 days. We have peanutbutter sandwiches at the work site and one big meal in the evening. Last year I lost 5-6 pounds. You get a good tan though.
