Critique away. NEW PICS - Tuesday, January 15, 2008 12:06 PM ( #1 )
Hey everyone. I want to get into great shape. What do I need to work on the most. Should I cut then bulk, or just bulk and then cut? Any help is appreciated. Oh I'm 5' 10" and weigh 165 lbs. sorry the pics aren't clearer.

Pics are a bit blurry but you seem to have a pretty decent base

How long youve been training?

I just started last June. I've slacked off around the holidays. I want to really hit it hard this winter because I have nothing but time on my hands.

What have you been doing so far then? Have to done the compound lifts? If im correct by bulking first it would make the cutting easier. But what you do is yourself. Sort out a diet and routine which fits your needs. Personally i don't think your body fat looks very high so if you clean bulk your shape will form nicley. Then you can take it from there.

The training I started last summer was the Max-Ot program.  My problem is gaining more weight, I think I just need to eat more.

Bulk it man. For sure.

What you have is a good starting place, well done on that, now add some serious lifting - serious eating and serious resting.

Get about 15-20lbs heavier than your goal weight, then cut down a little.
