thanks man. by the way IBB i took your advice and dropped the whole A&f model bull****, im gonna go for bigger and better things, like maybe compete as a bodybuilder, hope you read this ibb, cuz your one of my inspirations on this forum.

I never said not to be an A&F model.. I just simply said they are usually ripped up 185 - 190lbers and you would have to bulk up to around 210 - 220 first then cut all the way back down with some hard core dieting and cardio.

Your still young so you have endless possibilities. I am sure alot of doors will open up for you when your in your late teens to early 20's.

Thats really nice what you said about me being your inspiration, But there are plenty of other guys out there that could be your inspiration. I am not much of a roll model, there are plenty of them here though. Veg twisted NJmuscle Vaughntrue All those guys are amazing. Me and you came from opposite routes when I was your age I was only 115 - 125lbs and I was 6 feet tall.

Just remember that your age is prime right now for building muscle a growing teenager has so much more potential then any man 20+ Your body is still going through puberty and while it does adding on muscle will be cake.

i dont no those guys, sept veg. what he does is amazing. cant beleive hes a vegeterian. but overall i think arnold schwarzenegger was the main reason i ever wanted to start doing this kind of thing. shane geise is another. hes on the bodybuilding.com website. hes amazing for a teenager. only 19 and hes scoring top 3 in teenage nationals.

Let's all give IBB a big hug.

Don't let that acne crap get to you man.  When I started working out I was getting Acne on my back, arms, and chest.  It wasn't serious, but it was noticeable.  My doctor told me it was from working out because of increased test levels.  I got some cortozone and it cleared it up in 2 weeks.

Acne is a part of life for a LOT of teenagers.  No need to be immature about it (Gary).  The person with it hates it (speaking from experience), but other people could care less.  Think about it, do you not talk to someone or think less of them because they have acne?  Doubt it.  Everyone else prolly thinks the same way, unless they are completely immature (Gary).

Hey kid........nice progress.  You look awesome as compared to when you started.  Your chest is excellent and don't let anyone make fun or deter you from where you want to go.

Your a big kid with many years to grow and develop.  Just make sure you work your entire body (including legs) and remember one thing (and I know this personally).....that people that can gain bad weight (i.e. fat) can really gain good weight (i.e. muscle).  Just watch your diet (get plenty of protein even if you have to supplement) and lift lift lift!

Great work thus far.......u will look awesome down the road!

I know guys similar to him he's just tall and naturally has a high bodyfat%, there's a few guys like him in my school. If he keeps working at it he'll be huge but it will take a long time.

you dont look 14 man, not in your last pic at least, more like 20 or so, but good work. I know how u feel about the acne thing, yeah its really discusting, i had it for years and i was so grossed out by it but as soon as i hit 17-18-19 it magically dissapeared, dont worry just hang out in the sun more. Now its time to bulk again.... good luck
