Critique Please - Thursday, November 27, 2008 10:23 PM ( #1 )
i've been on this 4 day upper/lower body split for 3 weeks ending today.  i'm happy with the strength gains i'm getting every week and i have also put on 7 pounds so far.

i was  planning on doing this routine for 5 weeks and switching it up.  is it bad to switch routines if it is working for you?  i've heard its good to change things up to your muscles dont get used to the workout, but if its workin keep doin it right?

Traps need work.

Forearms need work.

Triceps need work.

And you need a shave.

Hmmm I had your type look at 178lbs a couple years back.    Looking good thus far.  I am going to say nothing really needs work.  Just keep bulking get them measurements up and then cut into the clay that you form.  From there everything will start to look better,  but do check your measurements to see if your symetry is good.  One arm may be bigger then the other.

i blame my left arm being smaller on shoulder surgery.  couldnt move it for like for a bit after i injured it and then after surgery couldnt move it for even longer lol.

--great advice IBB, will do
