Critique My Progress How am I doing

Last time I checked I was 5"8 168 lbs. Name is Andrew... coming from both sides of my family I have an atheletic build. Always been able to bulk up quick and even for the long time i have not worked out I still kept some bulk in my arms... but now its all going to change.. time to put the muscles to use and see what i can acheive... Been gaining weight on my waist and determined to trim it down.. I promised myself that I will see what my capabilities and not slack on one rep. when i was in 8th grade i was maxing out at 165 bench and was on a even schedule all through out the summer lifting well over my age... but then I got injured in football and just seemed to lose my routine.. now as a freshman in college at age 19 im determined that its not too late.. so im going guestimate that Nov. 20th is the best day to consider my begenning even though i did about 4 intense workouts before that.. it was all scatterd... so here are some pictures and I will place my workout schedule soon... summer pic before working out... just to clarify the pic haha it was the quickest pic i could upload and the most recent.. haha and that is my friend... we are not gay lol just goofing around... Arms are fine. You need to ramp up the chest big time. I mean kick that **** into high gear my friend. Do all the angles; Incline, Flat, and Decline. Then slam them with flyes or dips. Also, traps could be bigger too. Depending upon if you want a 6-pack or not, either add in another day or two of cardio, or just keep lifting.
Current Supplements: Multi, Whey, Caffeine, BCAA, Vitamin C, Calcium Current Cycle: Strength "Do not go where the path may lead, instead go where there is no path, and leave a trail."

Chest, yes, but we didn't see the legs. Good for you for taking control of your health now!

I just bought my new bench yesterday so once i get an olympic bar i can do decline and incline. I just bought a slant bench for sit-ups also because i really want a six-pack. Cardio can easily be running and using my 80lb everlast bag.. right now because of my limited equipment i have just been doing 2 workouts a day consisting of over all 75 reps of 85lbs on bench per workout ( part are hands an inch apart part hands spread) .. and same with preacher curls 75 reps of 35lbs per workout half regular half reverse... Im doing some butterflys and pushups but im working on developing a good mixed schedule.... what are the best things to do other than cardio for lower abs...

Legs are alright right now but i havent been able to work them a lot yet.. with my new bench I will be able to squat.. I also plan on doing lunges ect... I really appreciate the complements and advice it truely helps me work on my weaknesses and how to approach them..

I thought you were in a dungeon somewhere. No offense. Your arms look great-- I admire your improvement from that summer picture too.
Shoulders back. Head high. Always progressing. Supps: whey, flax oil, food, water and Super Pump, it makes me dizzy sometimes

I agree with PJ you gotta hammer the chest and get it up to par

I agree with PJ you gotta hammer the chest and get it up to par I am looking to bulk up and will definatly hammer the chest more but I also enjoy building up the endurance about 4 days a week i do intense chest, back, legs and arms... the other is a mixture of endurance and cardio.. now question? I am taking 100% whey which really helps heal my muscles.. so after i hammer my chest with an intense workout how long should I wait for my muscles to heal? untill i hammer them again?

Pictures as of Febuary 27... I have continued my workouts ritually... every weekday and once and a while saturdays. I have for the most part watched what I eat.. Because im young i dont limit my food all the time.. as for protein I make sure i consume enough through shakes and bars. my pre workout has been nitrobolic and as of march 4th i started with a cycle of nano vapor which has given me an unbelievable pump yesterday and today... I love it. I will be working on my cardio, core and legs even more than i have right now. My bench max has gone up 80lbs since i started working out(so 80 lbs in about 3 1/2 months i believe) and I am able to bench my weight at least 10 times (I am 170-175lbs) and i can rep 150 10x10. I wasnt able to do any true pullups when i started now i am able to do a pyramid down from 10 for a total of 55 without too much stress. My focus has been switching up my workouts every 2 to 3 weeks in order to get over certain peaks.. I have been also attacking my back and arms where i have seen great improvement.. this past month i have started attcking my core a bunch with slant holds and different situps ect... I am just now diciplining myself to get more cardio and more leg workouts... But as for now im doing fantastic and very motivated! [image]local://20112/EDE9233B2B0C486593AA4B3A7719B7C3.jpg[/image]
