Good physique, bro... keep up the good work. What's your routine, diet and supplements? How long have you been training? You're a beast for your size- I'm a inch shorter than you and weigh 30lbs heavier and we're about the same strength..

Rutine is nothing special. Mon- chest abs tues- arms weds-legs thurs-back fri- shoulders. I just dont do the same workout 2 weeks in a row. Like barbell bench one week, dumbbells the next. Not to complicated... Diet? dont really have one. I've been trying to gain weight for so long. I just eat and eat and eat. Not much weight or fat gained so far. Dont really care about my abs untill i get atleast 175lbs. Im taking BSN's No- explode and Cell mass. been training for 3 years off and on. Started out at 110lbs.

Brother if you want to gain weight, you have to get your diet in line. Your young so the gains you made are from lifting, if you want to take it to the next level....it has to start with diet. Spend some time w/the the Diet Forum, they have an excellent grocery list that is posted on my fridge. With your obvious genetics, you could really make some progress. Your lifts are also quite impresssive as MVP pointed out.

Applefuzz, I think chest and shoulders look great! Abs okay too. Your posture is what's bugging me. It communicates a lack of confidence and pride to me. I would get that head up, chest out, and shoulders down and back. You worked hard! Show your pride and confidence! You've earned it! Congrats!
