A pint is merely 550 ml or so, wihtin a range of 2 hrs thats not much at all you drink 8oz with meals which = 1 pint what your drinking in 2 hrs. I drink prolly 4-5 litres a day cuz its hot. You piss a lot before pre workout motly cuz of protein and creatine water intake. But usually if you drink a litre at one go you'll pisss sooner so consume sips of water dont chugg its pointlessly unles s you've jsut worked out or soemthing or ur dehydrated. Your rightfully consuming water all throughout the day without over doing it but the question is are you always pissing a lot? Consuming creatine DOES NOT mean you'll stop pissing or you'll be pissing more, it still retaines water but not everything you drink so uhh dont worry about it your body will get used to it. be cool :)
