hey guys!, i just finished Highschool and im really trying to focus on working out, i have in the past but not consistantly. i have taking Muscle milk before, and i gained weight from it. im 5,10 and about 156ILBS. my goal is to be 190 pounds of lean muscle and get cut. i was wondering what products i should use? I'm thinking of using either Creatine Monohydrate With Musclemilk or Cellmass with musclemilk or maybe even 100% whey? what do you guys think?
