Is there anything wrong with tacking Creatine and Whey Protein together. How much of each should I take and when? Also, I lift at school so how would me tacking these workout? Could I mix them before school then take them? If I have to mix it right when im going to take them, what would heppen if I got cought with them at school? Thanx.Smile

Ok, I got some 100% Premium Whey Protein and Amino Acid 3000 capsules. How should I take these? The Amino Acid Pills say take 2 to 3 after your workout. It also sais not intended for use by people under 18 (I am 16). Is it safe for me to take these and can I take the 2 capsules or not? Please, need help ASAP....

yea man that is all safe together......fallow the label for dosing instructions. and you are gona be fine becaus u get all those amino acids in prtoien. look on the whey protien it should say branch chaned amin acids.

So it is safe for me to take the 2 Amino Acid pills after my workout even thoug I am not 18? Also, when should I be tacking the Whey Protein. Pre/Post workout, when I wake up and go to sleep, when? Thanx for all the help.

It's safe for you to take 2 AA pills after the workout. Even if you're not 18, it's natural so don't worry about it. The whey protein should be taken post-workout, so it can help rebuild the muscle tissue. You can take it when you wake up on non-training days or at a decent time of the day. On training days though, stick with post workout, like when you're going to bed.

Nothing wrong here, just take your Protein shake 30 minutes post workout and take your amino acids sometime between the end of your workout and your shake. Whey is okay to take before bed, but casein protein is far superior in that it digests much slower for a continous release of protein in your sleep.
