I moved it over for you.

Not exactly sure what will happen if you dont consume enough water, probably dehydration? not sure. I try to drink anywhere from 1/2 gallon - 1 gallon of water daily. Flush mode is a pain in the ass but overall i feel much better and am less hungry. Shoot for 1/2 gallon/day and see how it works for you.

kidney stones are a potential. As you can have build up.

Flushing your system with water is the #1 thing to do while on creatine.

#2 is because it needs water to volumize the cells.

How much is enough?

(1) About 1+ gallons a day (training or not)
(2) Enough till you pee clear

That outta be enough while on creatine to avoid the potential pitfalls. And don't go over 15g in a day. Really try and limit it to 5-10g a day. The stomach discomfort comes from the loading phase if you are sensitive and are intaking about 20g a day.
