There is a lot of previous posts on both of these supplements that you can also look at.  But the difference is the NO supplements work with your circulatory system allowing for blood to flow better to your muscles and organs.  This will help to deliver any other supplement and or vitamins and minerals from your food feeding the muscles. Creatine on the other hand is stored directly in my muscles and is burned as energy. Creatine itself does not build muscle but it will allow you to lift more weight since your body burns it, it gives off  fuel energy. If you are lifting heavier then you are straining your muscles more. You can almost compare it to adrenalin, unfortunately you can not control when adrenalin is released in your body, but you can keep a good amount of creatine in your muscles that will be used under heavy lifting.
