So I have read several places if you are taking Creatine and Glutamine you should take the Glutamine pre-workout and the Creatine post-workout. I just recently bought both along with a protein supplement and want to make sure i am taking them properly. Any suggestions?

i like half my creatine pre, half post.. my post creatine bleeds a little into my shake (i dont wait the full grace period people say before eating) and then i take my glutamine mixed with my protein... my setup might just be completly awful, but i like it

Are you supposed to wait a certain amount of time before eating or drinking anything post workout? I just bring a shake with whey, maltodextrin, gutamine, creatine adn some amino pills in a shaker bottle with me to the gym, and drink it immedately after

Right now im only taking Creatine Glutamine Bcaa's and protein. I just bought SizeOn protein(before it was regular mono. creatine). I will start taking my creatine half before half after. With glutamine you should take it right before and right after. If you only want to take it once a day, i would take it right after with your protein.

They say that you should down your prefered shake immediately after a workout and then wait about 30 minutes before you decide to eat sometime. It gives time for you to start absorbing the nutrients in your shake.
