Well i was a stupid n00b and bought into the whole muscletech garbage... i want to switch creatine... i heard prolab was good... but there looks like there is a couple of different kinds... which one do i buy? And anyone know of a good protein bar? Or are nitro tech ones good? Also for protein any know of a protien that is better then nitro tech that taste about the same??

I like Optimum nutrition creatine, and some cheap dextrose.

Its protein (choc and choc mint ain' t bad either).

As to bars, I eat Detours. They are awesome, though a bit high in sugar, so I eat them sparingly.
