Not creakic but even like a gnc or vitamin world brand. Was wondering how everyone felt about them vs. normal creatine thta you mix w/ water or juice. As ong as I'm taking the same amount will I see the smae results?

Well, If your gonna buy a monohydrate creatine going with powder is better then pills but if you want pills go with CEE

If you are going to do creatine in a pill form, I would suggest the brand - Purple-K a.k.a Kre-Alkalyn. If you do not find that this works for you, which it should, you can always try CEE.
