A couple weeks ago I baught the regular creatine monohydrate from GNC. It's working great and so today I went back for a refill and the guys talked me into starting NO2. So I baught a bottle and they told me something like I was supposed to take them both at the same time? I'm not quite sure when I'm supposed to take the creatine and when I'm supposed to take the N02. And if N02 will affect a growing 17 year old please let me know so I can take it back while I still have a chance. Thanks! Oh, one more question and this might sound stupid. But do you chew the N02, because nowhere on the bottle does it give good instructions. I swallowed because it tasted like ****, lol. Thanks!

Both creatine and NO 2 supplements are introduced by the same person, Ed Byrd. So what's the connection between them other than the originator? Creatine volumizes cells by pulling water into the cell, which is known as water retention. NO 2, by hemodilation, fills up the spaces between the cells with blood, giving a continuous pump. The NO 2 is supposed to make the creatine pump harder as well. This leads to a synergistic effect between the two, and leading to greater pumps and a very dense and hard look. Aside from all this, the makers claim that the biggest benefit of NO 2 Hemodilator is its ability to generate new muscle growth, increase strength, and improve muscle recovery. ALSO - No-XPLODE is creatine and NO2 combined, so im sure its okay, also, about the chewing,,, it should come in droplets, otherwise i do not know

no2 should be taken first thing in the morning on a empty stomach; then wait about half hour to eat. Take the second dosage before lunch. Also you should wait 10 days before starting creatine. You should go back to GNC and buy the book by Byrd, it talks about NO and it only costs a dollar. Hope this helps you.

I take both NO-X and Nitrix and the same time wait 45 minutes before my workout. No problem. Also, 1-1/2 hours before the NO-X & Nitrix I take CEX mixed with a Micellar Matrix protein shake. My workouts really get intense. Peace

Supposively you arent supposed to take it after 3 pm because it keeps you up and I dont know how efficient it would be taking it before bed korupt, unless your waking up in the middle of the night for a quick meal, and if you take it the correct way it should last about 16 hours anyways.

Try NO-Explode by I think BNN, It's a NO2 and Creatine all in one powder, I have heard it's Incredible from a few different people. One guy just was ranting and raving about it in the locker room, I am thinking of trying it myself pretty soon, but I am trying to cut and lost body fat, instead of bulk at this point, but then again, more muscle = burning fat quicker, and the guy I talked to said it actually got him lean quick, like he was at 9% body fat in 2 months from like 12-14%, IF I remember correctly, I dunno though. I have bad memory at times. hehe.

http://www.getno2.com/ Try this link it is the manufacturers site. Look under the product CE2 it will tell you how to stack NO2 and creatine. I just started No2 a couple weeks ago and so far I am impressed with the pumps and the recovery.
