I am 12 years old. I have been lifting for about 1 year now. I am 5' 5" 168 lbs. I was wondering if I should start using creatine. Any suggestions?

yea, i agree with Landry Baller, dont' start using creatine till your about 15-18. stick with eating lots of protein and some carbs. you need both to get bigger. creatine does some weird **** with the liver if you don't drink enough water, let alone you're only 12...

AUGH! You're only 12!!!! Stay away from all supplements, except maybe, maybe, maybe, protein powder. Please please please be careful lifting. You don't want to hurt your growth as you go through puberty and the teen years of growing.

basically keep the supps to a min (protein Post workout at the max) and just concentraiting on eating alot of good things. Creatine also isn't as romantic as people make it out to be. it isnt a bodybuilding secret, yes it helps put muscle on and retain stamina, but its not the ripped up sub steroid people make it out to be. Something I learned early enough in the game, its all about food. Creatine and protein help with convenience and they have many benefits, but if you can eat right and eat alot then by 16-18 you'll be MASSIVE
