Hey,
I know that creatine monohydrate "Bloates" you and adds water weight to your system, but Iwas wondering if it like gives you a "belly" and if theres any way to reduce that when on monohydrate... could I take a cutter with it, like Basic cuts or something? or that just wont work, because monohydrate i see great results from others!

Thanks in advance!

You will not get a belly... Some people will look smoother. But once you get off you'll loose the water weight.

Thanks for the fast reply,

What do you think a good creatine monohydrate will be, pill/powder... does not matter.. I once used just regualr Creatine Monohydrate (white powder) and i thought it was chalky, wasnt suppose to have a taste though?

yes the taste of chalk and the consistancy of chalk/table salt mixed. Powder gets you more money for your dollor, AST Micronized creatine monohydrate costs the same amount as regular CMH but it absorbs alot better.

mono is great if you are going for that bloated look.  If it's all you have or can afford use it, build muscle on it and then get off the stuff and get rid of the water bloat and you might actually gain some muscle from it.

You may begin to notice yourself holding some water after 1-2 weeks. You should up your water intake while on creatine. You'll will get bigger some of it is muscle and some of its water weight too.

I personally don't mind the bloat on CM and it definately helps me lift those weights better. MRM Creatine Monohydrate is good as well as Higher Power and AST.

A supplement like Basic Cuts won't help lessen the bloating but if you're interested in CEE (Creatine without Bloat) and have the cash, try out DS Xceed.

Xceed is working well for me.   You can go Xceed route, Cellmass, Creakic, Six Star CEE, which all should not give you a bloat.

Why are there so many CEE products with extra stuff in them (like Xceed), and so few pure CEE powders? Does CEE require extra stuff for absorbsion of something?

You want straight CEE look at Giant for powder or SNS for Caps. Beware of taste with powder.

Is there a creatine monohydrate pill, and is it more expensive?? because the taste of monohydrate is chalky and gross, but I like the bloat (I know it's weird).  And do the caps show the same results as the powder??   Can anyone give me some brands??

Thanks,

Cell-tech is expensive creatine monohydrate. You could go BSN cell-mass which is CEM3 (CEE) creatine and tastes like gatorade.
