is there anything i need to do to switch from creatine monohydrate to Creatine Ethyl Ester (like wait a couple day in between from switching, etc)? I searched around but couldnt find anything adressing the issue

i dont think it matters although it would be wise to wait atleast a week.. you never know but just to be on the safe side....

if you switch from Mono to CEE it will not hurt you. I am no doctor, but why would it hurt you? Both are creatine, both are MONO just the CEE has an ester attached to it to help absorb better.

you switch from Mono to CEE it will not hurt you. I am no doctor, but why would it hurt you? Both are creatine, both are MONO just the CEE has an ester attached to it to help absorb better.
