I have read posts on how to make your own home creatine delivery system. I am going to be buying some AST Micronized Creatine or 100% Pure Creatine from bodybuilding.com soon and it is unflavored So i need to add the sugars in myslef to get the insuln spike. How should I do this? Mix it with grape juice? Mix it with dextrose? (If yes, where do I get dextrose) I would like to be able to mix my creatine with my protein but that doesn't provide the right insuln spike so what should i mix my creatine with?

I'd put creatine with my protein. I see no foul in that. I thinkt he delivery systems are better but I'd read plenty of posts from people who put it in with their post-workout shakes.
