Ok so I’ve never really had the patience to take supplements for a long time, other than protein powder obviously. I just bought some creatine capsules, its creatine CEE or something like that, and loadsa guys at the gym are taking them and have recomended them to me... Any way I used to take creatine for a little while but it was the powdered form, which i couldn’t stand, so this way i know I’m gonna stick to taking it, and hopefully see some improvements. Anyway, I was just wondering peoples opinions and experience with creatine capsules, is it any different to the powder? Because I was thinking the powdered form has smaller particles so there’s gotta be a difference in the two when it comes to getting into your bodies system?

I've always heard powder form is the way to go because the body absorbs it much faster than pills...I tried Creakic about a year ago and I hated having to swallow all those capsules....I'm taking storm now and I love it, it has 4 types of creatine in it including Mono, and it has no CEE in it which is fine because CEE is crap IMO.

Powder is the way to go and ether way the creatine winds up all the same way imo so mono, cee, blah blah it doesnt matter just stick with plain mono its cheap and effective

Caps tend to be much more expensive and I swallow enough pills everyday. I have never seen or heard of a difference in performance. You should see why the guys in your gym prefer them, maybe they know something that we dont.

I tried Creakic for about a year ago. Almost a year and really didn't see much difference compared to when I had tried the creatine mone powder. All those pills and all that money wow what a waste. I came into GNC asking for something stronger than creatine and thats what they game me.

I've always seen better results from powdered creatines, but I guess everyone is different and you theoretically could absorb it just as well. Yes, RedJeep, I have heard that too... but for me powder is where its at.

I'm not getting why it matters how fast creatine is absorbed, as long as it is absorbed. Creatine levels stay pretty constant in your body when your taking it, that's why you have to load it and then go to a maintenance dose, if the levels dropped after a few hours wouldn't you have to take the loading dose every time you took the creatine? In my mind it wouldn't make a whole lot of difference which vehicle is used to get the creatine into your system as long as it's able to be absorbed.
