Ok, I am getting ready to add my next supplement to my program and have decided on creatine. heh heh Finally going to give it a whirl. My question has to do with what is the best form to purchase it in. I can get it as a 4lb fruit punch mixed with other goodies or straight mono hydrate 1000 grams Suggestions before I go to the store looking like a tard?

the best two that i have used is the GNC mega creatine, or GNC creatine monohydrate liquid. The second is a little easier to swallow, and seems to be better on the digestive system. Both require no loading, you just take it first thing in the morning or immediately after workout. I use them for 8 weeks and take two weeks off. So far i have seen big gains in mass and energy level.
