 Creatine???

Creatine??? - Thursday, February 23, 2006 6:17 PM
I am using muscle milk right now and I love it!! I am also thinking of ordering fast twitch by the same company (Cytosport).
 
My question though is they both have creatine in them and I want to know what people think about how much is to much when it comes to creatine??

3g before a workout, then 3g after your workout is enough.

most are 5 g before 5 after it depends on the person and there body
