Creatine question....... I think
-

OK , so 6 weeks ago I got serious about losing fat and building muscle. I weighed 275, 5'11. In the past 6 weeks I have lost 15#'s which is good but my muscles were hurting alot so I was convinced that I should take creatine for various reasons (muscle recovery and gain). While I have felt better in the recovery department my stomach still feels as fat or bloated as before. Is this normal ? I eat alot of chicken and fish, some veggies but not alot, I hate them. I have done away with any fried foods and 95% of the sugars. No processed stuff at all and drink a TON of water every day. I do abs 3-4 times a week and work out 5-6 days a week. 30 minutes of cardio every day I workout and sometimes on the day/days I don't. Sorry but im a newbie and just trying to get some imput. TIA

If you're just starting out its perfectly normal to have sore muscles.. Creatine will help with recover but I don't think it's going to bloat your stomach.. Creatine pulls water to your muscles.. Try adding 5G of Glutamin daily... great for recovery.
There is never enough time to do everything, but there is always enough time to do the most important thing

Another option is try pill form Creatine, I had numerous digestive problems with all the food and protien intake. Really noticed it post w/o after taking various forms of Creatine. Recently was turned on to Amplified Creatine 189 at GNC and have to admit it helped a ton. Just my two cents.

The G5 should make you feel better all around. General health and vitality seems to improve with it.
