NO- You want to take 1 hour prior to training. From personal experience and a lot of studies show it takes this long to "absorb."
Creatine- 3g, 45 mins to an hour before training, then another 3g after your workout.

So do i split up my 5grams before and after workout? and can i take creatine and nitric oxide before workout at the same time.
