I Ive been on a good 3 day full body routine for about a month now and diet. I wanted to start taking creatine and with so many choices out there I wanted some opinions on what works the best?

i can vouch for cellmass or the bodyfortress stuff they sell at walmart
Age: 18 Weigt: 182 Torn Meniscus (twice) sucks. Power Clean: 265lbs not sure how much this is since knee. Bench: 255lbs 185x10,10,10 Squat: 315lbs, 205x20 Deadlift: 425lbs not sure how much this is since knee

Get some micronized creatine monohydrate. It is fairly cheap and it gets the job done. I use Higher Power Micronized Creatine Monohydrate. 1000 grams is like 20 bucks.
