Creatine.. - Saturday, September 13, 2008 9:14 AM
I read all the threads about creatine and how it works and how effective it is. I decided I wanted to try it, since I never had before. I did some research and found that Size-On was what I wanted.

The only question I have is after you are done with a cycle of creatine will you loss all your weight or will you maintain it? I've heard mixed reviews.

You will lose weight....but it will be WATER WEIGHT and is perfectly normal.  You can be up to 10lbs heavier when completing the cycle, but will lose all but the new muscle mass.  If you weigh less a week after the creatine finished than before you started creatine, something is wrong, you should still be heavier after you stop the creatine than you were before the creatine, perhaps a pound or 2.

Ok so basically while your on it it makes you look bigger then when you stop it goes away. I'm still not sure if its worth it.

Also if I take size-on during my workout and protein right after the protein wont effect it right?

You can usually find mono off of some sickly person or those sophisticated street corner biznizz ladies.

Size on if full of a bunch of crap that you don't need and some creatine mono. If you havent tried creatine at all then start cheap so when you do buy the more expensive ones you can compare. I have seen no drastic difference between many expensive creatine containing supplements and straight mono.

I use GNC amplified creatine 189. It's cheap and I got great results... I'm going to cycle off for a month or so and then try one of the expensive ones. I recommend that GNC creatine for the price though at least to start out.
