Also, how about NOXplode (with arginine, glutamine, caffeine, etc)? Thanks!!

Subcutaneous water caused by Creatine is a myth. I cut creatine about three weeks out and then load it up on Thursday and Friday (5 gms every other meal) before my contest to create a hard look for prejudging on Saturday.
