I have zero interest in the dark side, but what's a reasonable weight for a 6'1" ecto? How high could I go "natural" and still be ripped?

I think 6'1" 200lbs at under 10% is reasonable and not far from your goal. That's about the same size as RS.

_Virtuoso_ I agree, some of you guys goals are near the top end of what's achievable for your height. I'm 5'10 and an achievable natural goal for me at 7%(ish) bf would be 175-180lbs. Some of you guys at 5'8-9 are spouting numbers like 200 at 6% etc. - it's just not going to happen, not without stepping into the dark side and even then spending a lot of time there. I believe for one you are addressing me so I would just like to reply. I do plan upon going heavily on the dark side and even spending a lot of time there. I have no problem with that. I'm curious though as though as to whether you saw something that was posted on here before that had you measure your ankles and wrists then put in height to find pretty much your natural limits. When i took it, it said as of right now (and i used 12% bodyfat), the best i could naturally achieve would be 210 lbs. I would think several cycles should be able to add 10-15 lbs permanently to that frame. I do admit though that it is highly unlikely but that doesn't mean i shouldn't try.

I get about 15 grams a day of monohydrate at the moment. Ethyl Esther is terrible that just resulted in absolutely nothing.

5grams is a very small amount you guys realize, right? One scoop in a regular creatine container contains around 57grams.

You're not suppose to take creatine by the scoop, you're suppose to by the tablespoon which I believe equals 5g. You'll piss out more than anymore of that, you'd be surprised how very little creatine the body uses anyway.

While in the maintenance phase you should be in taking .03 grams per kilo gram of body weight. In the loading phase it is quite higher.

Every creditable source I've read from says exactly what Daniel recommended at 5g.

Again, let's be clear: If your creatine supplement includes carbs and is formulated in a sports drink format, it makes perfect sense that the scoop in the container would be ~56g. On the other hand, if you're taking straight, powdered monohydrate, then whoever put that scoop in the container was an idiot. So which is it? Straight mono, or a sports drink? I believe you said you were using Six Star Professional Strength Creatine, Moodster? If that's the case, then you are correct. One 57g scoop only contains 6g of Creatine (in a questionably exotic blend, but nevertheless, 6g).

If you are 180 pounds or 81.65 kilograms x .03= 2.45 grams of creatine while in the maintenance phase.

Yup. That's what I thought. Some people hear "Creatine" and they assume you're talking about isolated monohydrate. Common mistake. Like people confusing Nolvadex with Novedex.
