Creatine Vs Nitrix - Tuesday, May 12, 2009 3:30 PM ( #1 )
So ive been wondering which is better for putting on more muscle mass. I know Nitrix has creatine in it already, but Ive taken both and it seems to be that Ive actually put on more muscle mass from taking straight creatine. Ive tried nitrix a couple times now and had no results but with creatine I have had some pretty significant results. Anyone know why I would be putting on more with straight creatine then with Nitrix ? Im stumped and cant seem to figure it out.

To your success Brad

I take nitrix as more of a stimulant more then source of any significant creatine, thats why bsn has cell mass ;)

i definitely agree there

OP, nitrix is more of a NO supplement so you will see better gains from an actual creatine supplement.

thats your opnion, I have seen good gains with it. I use them as supplments not as meals as my nutrition is right on track. Maybe I just make enough money to waste it stop spamming all the supplment boards with stop wasting your money, if you have no opinion or basis for why I am wasting my money shut the **** up

lol cool down ,   Its been proven that cellmass is not all that it is hyped to be.  BSN has lied about the "technology" behind cell mass and the whole CEM3 creatine(or whatever they call it) in cell mass.  All the creatine in cell mass amounts to ~1g of creatine monohydrate. bsn has had numerous lawsuits against them for lying about their products...do some research

There is a big placebo effect that comes with trying any new product. A lot of people even give credit to whatever they are taking for their gains. Most of it is in your head but if those products work for you that's great. Most of them are just expensive versions of stuff you can get in basic form for much cheaper. Like I said if you like trying new supplements and it gets you to the gym, more power to you...but I can't guarantee I and others won't tell you it is a waste of money because that is our opinion.

I have always been fond of Nitrix. It's the only BSN product I actually like besides Syntha-6, which in my opinion is a great protein powder. Nitrix is definitely not a miracle product though. Its strictly an N.O. supplement, and in no way will have the same effect as creatine; in fact, taking both creatine and nitrix is a good combo (at least from when I used them both). I like to think of it as a nice large L-Arginine vitamin. I have seen some decent results with it combined with creatine and a solid diet, although some don't see any results with it. Try it, and see if you notice anything. If you don't, it obviously is not worth the money. Everybody's body is different. Just don't make the mistake of purchasing Nitrix with the idea that it's going to turn you into a Ronnie Coleman. It won't.
What is football, might you ask? Its the game played with your feet and a round, tessellated ball on grass with a net on each side.

Then what is that one sport where they wear "football" pads and tackle each other? Oh, that's throwball.

I dont think it could have been said any better.  Its the same thing with sugar pills and getting over colds. New supplements don't get me to the gym but it does for some people, like a vested interst spend the money on the supplement and it will drive you to the gym. Great response
