I sure hope everyone else has a gander at this so I can stop answering every creatine question with a rant about how CM is the best choice. It works the best, and is the cheapest.

I know right, and the cheap part is the best part about it lol. 10 bucks at wal-mart for like 150 servings or something. AMAZING lol

im about to start a cycle of cm, and i was having trouble finding a good way to take it online. i was thinking of starting off with 5 g's for 2 weeks, load for one, and when i load just double the dosage, the 5 g's again for the last week... ?

http://www.musclehack.com/the-best-way-to-take-creatine-monohydrate/ Check out this site for how to take it. He recommends taking it in loading doses on a continuous 3 day on 3 day off cycle. Read the article it explains it better than i can. And make sure to read some of his other articles. Theya are very informative and he backs em up with science.

Thanks for that last site, mon3yman. I've been wanting to do it like that but I just havent yet. I'm on a maintenance thing right now. I'll cut it for a couple days then start that.

No problem, i am a little upset tho to see that i waisted 30 bucks on CEE when i could have got the same number of servings of CM and it would work better for 10 bucks lol

MAN, I took ALR CEE caps and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I vouch for regular old CM.

what do you guys think about the 3 days loading 3 days abstinance program? It sounds reasonable but I would ahve to go off of creatine for almost a month prior. I would assume my creatine saturation levels are a lot lower than they were from when I started a month into it.

Be careful with the Muscle Hack article. He tried it for himself, and saw no change in results, so he went back to his normal dosing schedule. Creatine Experiment Update He suggests just taking 5 grams a day post-workout after a loading phase (in comments section)

I am curious though his opinions on taking a month off every 12 weeks or wahtever.

AAH, I was kinda excited to start that 3 on/ 3 off cycle. But I guess that saves me from cycling off it now. And why do you guys go 5g post workout? not saying that wrong by any means lol but I've always done 5g pre workout. Oh and on your, taking a month off after 12 weeks question. IMO I would just load again. I mean you've been taking 5g daily for a very long time and I don't believe it'd hurt a bit to just load it again and maintain after again. It'd give you that spark again

It'd give you that spark again I always get a huge boost in size and strength after starting creatine up after being off it, and going off of it I don't really lose any strength and hardly any size. Going to just keep doing it for now though. 5g pre workout is fine, I try to only consume sugars right after my workout, and not other times of the day, that is why I do it post with grape juice. 10 oz of grape juice has a crap ton of sugar.

my mom whos a nurse working at the hospital had a patient today with a grade 4 heart problem. i didnt even know what it means.. she just said that his heart was huge and it was from the creatine he was using.. personally i think creatine is good im just putting it out there that before using it make sure ur body can handle it. maybe he abused it, thats what im thinkin but anyways he cant work out for like 2 months and cant go on creatine... interesting. im going to find out what kind it is
