Is it ok if I add 5 grams of Pro Performance Pure Creatine Mono with CytoSport CytoGainer and milk?
Age: 16
Weight: 180
Height: 5"10'
Bench Press: 285
Squat: 335

Football is my sport . I'm #47 and play Fullback/LB for my high school .

hey dude the answer to your question is YES...dont be decieved when musclemilk says it has creatine in it ..IT DOESNT! so added 5g of creatine monohydrate to your shake everyday would be a really good postworkout shake...creatine speeds recovery and protein helps fuel your muscles and helps w/ repair and growth...i work at GNC and highly recommend our creatine mono..its the best that i've seen or tried..and cheap too 50% off right now..GO CHECK IT OUT..peace

wow teamGNC...Cytogainer actually has creatine in it musclemilk does not...the product at hand is cytogainer
