I did that to Chazz. Before I start taking stuff I always like to find out exactly what it does, side effects, when and how to use it, etc. You only get one body and I'm really cautious about what I put in it.

This creatine research is actually kind of fun. Seems this stuff can do some awesome things to the people it works for.

So this has been my load week and I've tried many different methods of mixing. So far mixing with my choc. whey has worked the best..does foam but tastes pretty good.
***Is it true that the acids is citrus juices reduce the effects of the creatine??

I found a link on creatine that might help you. True or false I don't know. But out of respect to our sponsors I can't post the link because it has other company names. I'll e-mail the link to you.

The claims are that theses types of juices (citric acid) reduce the effect of creatine. I'm inclined to agree. You should be mixing creatine with a good dextrose mix or at least fructose (grape juice). I am thinking the acids don't work well as a transport system (orange juice, cranberry, and such).

Now is that because the acid... In sense breaks down the beneficial nutrients of creatine be for it gets to beneficial areas of the body?
