Cr5 Creatine - Sunday, June 10, 2007 9:21 PM ( #1 )
I bought some Cr5 creatine for $60 at GNC. I've been using it for about three weeks now, was taking the recommended 6 a day, but went down to four a day starting the third week because the employees at GNC told me with my low weight it wouldn't make any difference. I am 15, and a wrestler, just trying to bulk up for next year now that the season is over. I have noticed some size gains with the Cr5, however it is minimal at best and  and i haven't had any increased endurance or strength at all, except in dumbbell curls. I've been drinking about one and a half gallons of water a day, and i have went up from 119 to 135 but i believe that is almost purely water retention. Anyone else use Cr5 and have any results with it, im just curious if its just a **** blend or whether or not my body just isnt right for creatine supplementation. If Cr5 isn't any good, what are some other examples of good creatine that would work in pill form. I only want pills, because i prefer it that way and i already have enough powders in my diet. I am also curious about taking nitric oxide in the near future, but the people at GNC told me to wait until i was done with the Cr5, and that will be about two and a half weeks. I have been researching and i've came up with either Nitrix, Nan0x9 or N02, but i read that Nitrix has no effect when glutamine is supplemented and i know my powders have glutamine in it. Are Nan0x9 and N02 the same? I've been able to find very little upon them when ive researched. Thanks for all the help, i appreciate it.

Heres everything im currently taking for bodybuilding. I also take a multivitamin, vitamin c 1000, and fish oils.

Cr5 (2 Pills)- 11:00 A.M
Spirutein Whey Powder - 12:00 A.M
Cr5 (2 Pills)- 6:00 P.M
American Whey Powder - 7:00 P.M
Muscle Milk - 11:00 P.M

hey man, i have been a natural body builder since i was about 16 or so and never took any creatine for muscle growth. You are young enough to develop strong and powerful muscles by just eating a lot of food and working you ass off in the gym! try to stay away from creatine and nitrous oxide till you get a little older and then you can decide if you still need a little boost for your development. CR 5 is the best creatine from GNC that you can buy, its not hard on your liver like other monohydrate creatine. creatine makes your muscles seem bigger, but dosen't really make you stronger.
