Couple Questions: What do you think?

I've been bulk dieting and training now for around one month. I was a skinny, weak and light 20 year old and weighed 63kg. I now weigh 69kg and am aiming for 75kg. It has been a rapid weight gaining month but right now the gains have slowed completely. Maybe to the 1lb a week I hear, as I am not noticing much change or am I going wrong? How long would you think it may take to reach 75kg? I really want to cut when I hit my target weight as I want to be quick, flexible, agile mixed martial arts physique and have my abs good for the summer. (im 185cm long legs, long arms)

heyz u! lol..the one who replied to my thread, thanks for it, anywayz...yea it's normal like that from what i hear in books. u may gain rapidly but after awhile it slows down. btw...1lb a wk sounds alrite, if u gaining anymore than 2lb's a wk, it supposedly means u're gaining fat with it, which i noe is not wat u want :D...so yea, the answer to your question: it's normal.... btw..has your food intake being the same since u first started? if the answer is yes, then u need to realise that u have gained those extra pounds, and therefore your food intake needs to be increased, but i think when u first started, your food intake was too much, which is why u were gaining alot, so for the moment, keep your food intake the same. hope this helps
