Couple o shots of me. - Tuesday, July 01, 2008 12:24 AM ( #1 )
Keep in mind I have only been body building serious since April 2nd. So three months- almost 30 pounds. I eat pretty much 5-6 meals a day, a lot of carbs/protein. 4 shakes a day.

Weight then - 135
Weight now - 163 (Lossed two pounds, been doing more cardio )

I do not care about cutting any time soon, I want to continue to bulk until I am atleast 180 185, then maybe cut to 175.

Critique all ya want. I plan on taking cyto gainer soon, should I!?!?

Your strong point is your biceps in my opinion.

Weak point could be your chest. But then again, it could be the pictures.

Keep it up bro, nice.

Yeah. I worked my arms A LOT when I first started out and pretty much neglected everything else so they are bigger and have like 0 fat on them. Plus, I am just gaining a good base weight and trying to get as big as I can before I cut.

wow.   mav is throwin' up some pics finally.

agree with most of what has already been mentioned....
arms = big/best attribute.
chest needs a lot of work, but no worries.

didn't really get to see your back/shoulders/deltoids

and, some leg shots would be nice.  are you training your leggies?

i'm TOTALLY in agreeance with you on your goal to continue to bulk to 180 or so.  that's such a smart thing to do.  you can cut later, and you'll find all these AWESOME muscles buried under the body fat.    the problem most people make, is that they don't have enough patience to bulk when they see their tummy getting some chub on it.  i found myself doing this, but got used to it.

keep up the good work.  lift hard, and heavy and stay dedicated

Yeah bro, I just starting doing squats and deads a few weeks ago, so hopefully I can add more overall mass with those exercises. I don't care if I have a little chub, so what. It would be hard for me to cut, I love to carb up everyday haha.
