Can you post your diet be very very percise dont leave anything out. What does a typical day look like for you ?
That's a little harder. I'm at college and go with what the dining hall offer most days. In general, it looks something like this,
Morning some of of meat (bacon, sausage, etc)
some kind of carb (pancake, french toast)
milk
fruit
Snacks during the day peanuts
walnuts
peanut butter
after workout meal sandwich (salami, pepperoni, cheese, whole wheat bread, cheese, just depends)
whey in milk
pasta sometimes
fruit
third meal (lunch or dinner depending on when I workout) grilled chicken
pasta
milk
salad
fruit
