I didn't get to the gym today. Wasn't feeling 100%. I need to re-work my lifting schedule I think. I did stretch today and will be back at the gym tomorrow.

Going to lift 4 days this week (Mon-Thurs) instead of 6. I need to get used to the track practices which at the moment consist of riding a bike for 60 mins. Hopefully should be back to 6 days a week soon though.

Okay, so I went to the gym to do my regular workout but my body had other ideas. I got super dizzy halfway through my workout and had to call it a day. I was/am not happy about it.

I'm exhausted. I didn't do anything yesterday. No cardio, no lifting, no stretching. I slept, a LOT. I'll start fresh on Saturday. I think my body needs the rest.

worked on my routine some. only about 3 counts of 8 left or so. wish my arms were longer so the strength moves could be done without the push ups bars. still haven't choreographed them out of the routine, but i do have a way to get them in.

hoping to finish it this weekend. there are the only formal dance of the year tomorrow night, so getting it done before then would be great. we'll see.

I'm going to continue working on my fitness routine today and tomorrow and not lift. I'm more concerned about getting the routine done at this point in time. I'll post later on and say how it went.

Back at it. It seems I will not be running track, I am going to attempt to throw, which I've never done before.

I don't know how I am going to fit cardio in unless I go for three a days. . . . and will college I don't see that being a good idea.. . . . Not sure what to do. I need to get it figured out though.
