I think tomorrow I am going to invest in some dumbbells I can load weight on to. 15 to 20 lbs is too much of an increase but 15 lbs is getting too light for some of my exercises VERY quickly.

I picked out the song I am going to use for my fitness routine today as well as watched some of the routines from Nationals last year on a DVD I bought. I can't wait to start choreographing.

I went to Wal Mart today and got some more stuff. I have push up bars, a chip up bar, and a curl bar. Oh, I also have hand grippers to increase my hand strength. It was a very successful trip to Walk Mart.

I'm getting bored with my workout so I changed it up a little yesterday. I'm glad I go back to college next week and can change up my routine.

I used the same weight and attempted to go to failure, it close to failure on almost all of the exercises. On some of them, such as dips and wrist curls, I just went until I got bored.

Just did one set today. Not feeling 100% but didn't want to miss the work out.

Took DL's to failure and will be increasing on Thursday past my normal 100 lbs since I did 10 reps @ 90 lbs.

I can't wait to get back to the gym. These weights at home, except for the deadlift and bench press, are getting kind of boring.
