Taste:
I really enjoyed the strawberry flavor. I found it better then all other Strawberry flavored proteins, this includes BSL. The strawberry flavor tastes identical to that of strawberry ice cream. After my first serving i was craving this sooo bad. I just wanted to sip on it all day. I have found no better strawberry flavored protein! 9.5/10
Mixability:
Mixes well in a shaker, but if you stir it you’ll have small clumps. 8/10
Quality:
Gaspari is top notch. 10/10
Price:
$26 for 2lbs of a WPC is pretty steep considering you can get 5lbs of other for less HOWEVER Gaspari adds in BCAA’s, Taurine, Vitamin\Mineral Blend and High Quality Ecdysterone. So you’re getting more then just a WPC\WPI Blend. 7.5/10
Final Thoughts:
I really enjoyed IntraPro. I will be trying the Chocolate + Vanilla ASAP. If this was a pure WPI I would havethis on auto-order. The WPC kills me in BK’s words KABOOM! I really look forward to drinking IntraPro and cannot wait to try all of the flavors!
Coulaid Reviews Lemonade Xtend

Whats In Xtend:
Vitamin B6 (as Pyroxidine HCl): 10mg 500%
L-Leucine: 3.5 g
L-Glutamine: 2.5 g
L-Isoleucine: 1.75 g
L-Valine: 1.75 g
Citrulline Malate: 1 g
Ingredients:L-Leucine, L-Glutamine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine, Citrulline Malate, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Sucralose, Potassium Citrate, Acesulfame Potassium, Pyridoxine HCl, Red #40

Taste: Okay… Lemonade Xtend is an interesting product to review. When I first sip on Xtend I say WOW this is pretty good… but soon after I get a strong after taste as well as grit. When you first taste it has a nice lemonade flavor. But the aftertaste as well as the grit make me not wanna take another sip. Another thing the flavoring of all Xtends flavors are VERY strong. If taking a high dose (I used 8 scoops) I need a gallon of water during my workout to get the flavoring diluted enough to get down. Do not try in 32oz of water it’s impossible to take down. If you have a problem taking down lots of water you may not like this. The taste also overtakes any WPI you mix it in. 7/10

Mixability: BCAA’s don’t mix well so I didn’t expect it to mix well. All you have to do is let them sit for a while and your set. 15-30mins is all its needs. 8/10

Price: $51 BCAA’s are the cheapest product around. They really are around $50 but each have their own advantage disadvantage. 6/10

Quality: Scivation… 10/10

Final Thoughts: If buying Xtend stick with Watermelon.

Final Score: 7/10

Coulaids Final Review Of MAN Clout, Body Octane, Scorch and Vaporize!

Effectiveness:
Strength\Size: I am cutting so I don’t expect monster strength gains while on anything. However I did see nice strength level increase through the stack. Not only was weight going up but the reps were going up as well. I noticed this on DB Bench as well as squats. Size gains just look at the pics. More defined but as well as the muscles are growing!

Endurance: My reps went up on my exercises but cardio was a breeze! I mean I upped the time and there was no problem. I normally feel tierd around 20mins but i was going 30+ minutes no problem. 45mins wasn’t a problem.

Recovery: Terrific! I was sore but I never felt as I wasn’t recovering. High volume didn’t bother me at all which normally it kills me.

Fat Loss: I mean look at the pics. More defined in legs + back. When I took the pics I was like woah. Chuck was surprised as well. I was pretty pleased over these past 3 week. My legs and back were shocking to me.

Energy: Scorch was great. Some nights | didn’t get enough sleep as I would have likes Scorch was great. 3 caps and I can pretty much do anything. Warmth was also noticeable after taking scorch.
Effectiveness Score: 9.5/10

Price:
This Stack Costs $140. Its EXPENSIVE. There are ways to cheapen it. Use Orotine as 1 serving of creatine and Clout will last longer. Also you probobly can drop 1-2 servings of Body Octane on off days. Regardless it’s expensive but you defiantly get what you pay for. :Score: 5/10

Sides:
The tingling and the mudd but was a huge turn off to be honest. I reacted pretty bad to the Beta-Alanine. The mudd butt issue has been taken care but if able to get v1 users should be ware. I was just exremely annoying more then anything. 7/10

Flavor\Caps:
Body Octaine was a pleasure to drink. Tastes soo good. However Clout was a different story. Terrible i dreaded every moment of it. I hear they improved the flavor in the new versions. Score: 8/10

Misc:
I really enjoyed it and will re-run the stack when bulking up again! If you got the cash consider Maning up and getting this stack.

I would with out a doubt use this stack again!

Feel free to ask me any questions about the stack!

The Final Score: 9.2/10

Coulaid’s Final E-Bol Review

My E-Bol Log!

Buy E-Bol!

Results:
Stats:

Weight: 212.5lbs -5.5lbs

Body Fat: 15% -3%

LBM 181.5lbs +2.5lbs:eek:x10000000

Measurements:

Arm (Unflexed): 15"+/- 0"

Chest (Just Above Nipple): 41" -.25"

Waist @ Belly Button: 37"-1.25"

Leg(Unflexed): 24.5"+/- 0"

Calf(Unflexed): 16"+/- 0"

Begining+After Pictures(Before Are On Top):

Strength:
Please keep in mind I am cutting… But I would say my strength went up a great deal for such a short period of time.

Size: Again since I am cutting my measurements will not be eye catching but what I will say is I put on 2.5lbs on muscle in a very fast 30 days. Very Very impressive while cutting. Also you’re muscles will be very full 24\7 while on E-Bol. That is a great feeling to be walking around with.

Fatloss: I lost a good deal of fat while increasing LBM. Very effective IMHO. I was loosing fat before E-Bol but E-Bol execrated the progress for sure. This would be an excellent re-comp supplement.

Misc: I got great sleep while on E-Bol. It is much deeper and my dreams were very intense. If you in the market for a sleep aid E-Bol should be on you list to consider.
The Bad:
Grogginess: Some mourning it was difficult for me to wake up. It wasn’t consistent but I did happen.

Hunger\Thirst: You will be hungry and thirsty on E-Bol. The thirst really wasn’t a problem with me after I upped my water intake to 2+ gallons of water. However since I am cutting hunger was a bigger problem. It would be very good on a bulk though.
Random Thoughts: ThermoLife has a good product line.Stizm, ECDYsten and E-Bol has been nothing less then stellar. Also I have herd lots of good thing about their future products too. Also Thermolife has one of best best places to go when you looking to relax. Go to Thermochat. You would be surprised who and what you get in there.
Where Can I Buy The Oh Yeah! Wafer Bar?
    BodyBuilding.com Silly!

    Taste:
Chocolate Chocolate:This bar is very rich. The chocolate flavor is very strong but very good. Being a chocoholic I could eat these a lot. The chocolate flavoring really hits your and I did feel as though I was eating a real candy bar. It was so good cutting :) 9/10

Chocolate Mint: Again very good flavor. The mint is a tad to strong but it still reminded me an Andes Mint. 8/10

Chocolate Peanut Butter:HOLY COW… can you say good any better. These have now become a staple. I could eat these all day and night. The chocolate and peanut butter flavoring blends perfectly with the wafter texture. I really can’t put into words how good these bars are. 9.75/10
Texture:
If you like Kit-Kats you will like the texture of the Wafer Bar. These things are identical to what I remember of a Kit-Kat(It’s been a while). 10/10
Profile:
I am a big fan of the profile. I like the 12g of fat as most meals i have have at least 10g of added fats via almonds or pb. The 3g of carbs again is great because it allows you to have the bar at anytime. Unlike other bars this bar can be had right before med or in the middle of the night if you wake up. My only beef is the 15g of protein. If they could get it up to about 30g this would be a 10\10. I would have one pack a day. 9/10
Quality:
I like ISS Research. There a top not company IMHO. I really like the Satur8 line and looking forward to my next purchase which will be tonight :D I’ll be using the Satur8 Rush\Re-Satur8 Bulking and I am looking forward to using it :) 10/10
Price:
$13 for 9 packs of wafters is a pretty good deal considering the profile. It allows the bars to be used at any time and if you need more calories you can have another 9/10
Final Thoughts:
I really enjoyed the protein wafer bars. I have these on auto re-order. IMHO ISS has the formula for great tasting bars. The Oh YEAH! line all taste good. The PB Strawberry is orgasmic and the Choclate Caramel is Snickers good. I wouldn’t hesitate to try any bars put out by ISS. If your watching your carbohydrate intake the Wafer bar is hard to beat. If bulking Oh Yeah! is hard to beat on taste. I’ll try to have a OH Yeah Line review up soon.
Final Score: 9.5/10

    Ingredients:
Pure undenatured low temperature processed micellar casein (from milk), ceramic microfiltered whey protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, natural and artificial flavoring, inulin, xantham gum, soy lecithin, sucralose.
Where Can I Buy Sustain?
    BodyBuilding.com Silly!

    Taste:
WOW. WOW. WOW. I hate to do it but 10/10. Seriously this has to be the best tasting protein powder I have had. It beats Muscle Milk easily. I gave it to my girlfriend and SHE even liked it. She hasn’t like any other protein shake I have given her. This spoke volumes to me. If you knew her she is probably the pickiest eater. It’s like a liquid Reeses Peanut Butter Cup. Shall I say more… Okay. Texture is like chocolate milk(I mixed in water). Very smooth and consistent. If you really wanna treat yourself. Try 1/2 cups oats cooked in 1 cup h2o. When done cooking add 1.5-2 scoops sustain on top and mix in. Then Freeze until chilled. You will thank me. I am working on brownies too!10/10
Mixability:
Mixes perfectly in a shaker and with a spoon or fork. I have never had clumps or anything. 10/10
The Blend:
I like the blend. Although DS has not disclosed the amount of MC in the blend they have said said there is a good amount of MC. I also like WPI as number 2 and WPC number 3. 9/10
Price:
It’s about $36 for 2lbs in the Cyberstore. It’s pretty expensive but IMHO you pay for quality. I hope DS puts out there MC content as I believe it’s higher then most people think thus the justification for a higher price. Despite the price I will be buying again… I have 3 bottles :D8/10
Final Thoughts: Best tasting protein on the market… possibly the best blend whats not to like?

    Protein: 50g
    Vitamin A: <2%
    Vitamin C: <2%
    Calcium: 41%
    Iron: <2%

    Ingredients:
ProM3 (Proprietary Protein Blend Consisting of Whey Protein Concentrate, Calcium Caseinate, Egg Albumen), ISSOE3 (Proprietary Enzyme Blend Consisting of Protease, Lactase, Amylase), Natural and Artificial Flavors, Sucralose.
Where Can I Buy ProM3?
    Supplements101.com Silly

    Taste:
Chocolate: As stated before I have a big sweet tooth so anything that resembles that can fill that is top notch in my book. ProM3 did. Good and smooth texture. The Flavoring is very rich and reminded me of a chocolate cake batter. I would mix the 3 scoops in a bowl of 4oz of water and put in the fridge 30mins later you’ll have pudding it was delish! 9.5/10

Strawberry: I like the strawberry. The texture is pretty smooth. The flavoring tastes like the ice cream but however there is a slight after taste, which took it down a notch but however its still one of the best if not the best strawberry flavored proteins. Served Chilled it’s extremely good.
Mixability:
Mixed perfectly in my shaker and with a spoon. I mixed the 3 scoops in about 10 or 4oz of water depending if I wanted a shake or pudding. 10/10
The Blend:
This is a good blend IMHO. The Whey, Casein + Egg make it a good daytime blend and I think this can be used PWO as well, which I have done. You can get it ready to go bottles as well which makes in gym friendly 9/10
Price:
It’s about $28 for 2lbs in the Cyberstore. Since it’s whey bases many people may look at it as expensive but the casein and egg content must be factored into the pricing as well. 8/10
Final Thoughts: Great tasting flavors, good daytime blend, and is very versatile protein.

Where Can I Buy Micellar Matrix?
    Supplements101.com Silly
    Taste:
Chocolate: The first think you will notice about the chocolate flavor is weak for most people. You never taste raw protein power but the flavoring feels thin. I just used less water 4-6oz when using the chocolate and that helped. However the flavoring is good despite being weak. 8/10

Vanilla: As stated earlier I have had problems with vanilla flavoring. They all taste metallic and just way to strong, however Vanilla Micellar Matrix taste is real smooth and hints at the vanilla ice cream flavor that I have been looking for. Like the ProM3 I put in the refrigerator and severed it like ice cream or pudding and it hit the sweet tooth. I am going to try with calorie free choc syrup next time :) 8.5/102

Banana: This flavor is GREAT. I haven’t really herd of a good banana protein flavor except for the MM’s of the world but that’s where you have 18g of fat but this is seriously of the best flavors out there. Its nice and smooth with 0 after taste. I was afraid of this when I 1st got it but there was none. I tried it in a FF cheese cake and it is delish. 9.5/10
Mixability:
Mixed good in a shaker, cup and in a bowl. No complaints here 10/10
The Blend:
Good blend with MC being the 1st protein it can be used pre-bed or any time really. The mc content turns out to be approx the same (little higher) as Ultra Peptide and the other protein WPC,WPI + Egg fill the blend out well. 10/10
Price:
It’s about $27 for 2lbs in the Cyberstore. It’s the cheapest price amongst the popular casein blends buy about $1 so it’s very competitive. 10/10
Final Thoughts: Great tasting vanilla and banana and solid chocolate flavor. A lot to like here.
