I am new to the site. I have read several posts and found them helpful. I am coming off a back injury. I had three herniated discs in my back that required surgery to repair. I would like to know if anyone had a good core routine I could use to strengthen my abs and lower back. Anything that is not stressfull on the lower back would be great. I don't want to re-injurie it. Thanks a lot.
