Holy shazbot, another workout down, infinity to go...
 
Was really really tired today, was up posting here till midnight, and got up around 3:45... less than 4 hours of sleep, 11 hours of work, and gym dont mix well...
 
Chest, tri
 
Flat bench- 120-12, 130-10, 140-8
 
A new type of fly machine, amazing didnt kill my shoulder: 95-12 105-10, 115-8
 
Overhead press: 95-12, 105-10, 115-8
 
Tricep cable push:
120-12, 130-10, 140-8
 
crunch... cardio... blah blah.. yeah did it all...
 
Im feeling a bit down that I am having such slow chest nights but I figure if I dont slow chest down I will jack my AC joint all over and be back in the same place...
 
slow is good... just like the processing time on a hot check...

Shoulder, back Bi day is almost as good as sex (note Legs day is better than sex)
 
Feeling fantastic... I'm hyped and think I might OD on the stacker's I took today, I took 2 pre workout and just as I swallowed em realized I took some cutting pills 1 hour earlier.... my vision blurred and I hard a hard time staying in my skin but I made it lol
 
 
back, shoulder, bicep in order
 
Shrugs *note did first from twin peaks advice in his awesome mag
200-12, 290, 10, 380-8
 
Standing rows: 100-12, 110-10, 120-8
 
Bent rows: 80-12, 90-10, 100-8
 
lat raises: 95-12, 100-10, 110-8
 
Cable curls 110-12, 120-10, 130-7
 
then ran really really quick to the preachers
 
preacher 85-12, 95-10, 105-6 then suppersetted with a 21
 
21's@ 45
 
Lat pull downs: 175-12, 185-10, 195-8
 
I really could see some muscle in my back and arms today, my biceps and triceps are starting to really explode, I will post some pics sometime this weekend, so be on the lookout!!
 
On a side note which I am very sad about... I think..... I cycled on creatine mono Monday of this week, and I can defiantly say I am a responder, but I am gaining weight like there is no tomarrow... I have gone from 217 earlier this week to 224..... I hope the water weight stops soon, and hope maybe a 1/2, 3/4 of it may be some "beginner muscle gain" from being off so long...
 
done... tired.... kinda... tired but hyper... but tired.... I could just type this for hours... and hours.... and hou.........ok I need to stop..

Fear not the water retention, for with it comes increased vascularity, harder pumps, and better nutrient delivery!

Just keep your eyeballs peeled on that body fat caliper and watch the calories.  While you're at it, maybe you better hire the Mrs. to count your pills out for you, HA HA HA HA

I'm so freaking stoked for your progress update, dude!  Coop is within striking distance of beefcake perfection, and every new striation is gonna be like throwing gasoline on a fire.  I know full well what that's like -every time I step on the scale, every time I pick up a fork, every time I check myself out in the mirror during warmup, I'm exhilerated.

Your enthusiasm is contagious, Bro.  BOO YAAHHH!!

I did do legs yesterday and waited to post till I had some pic's to post as well but, didnt get em done, hopefully tonight I can get some taken...

Hopefully next week Ill be back to some more improved freeweight squats, and some dead lifts...

Soo... got some new pics to update.... my back is far form pumped, same as my biceps...
 
tonight was chest night, good night, felt some pain in my shoulder on my last chest set... not gunna post the workout stats cause im lazy and tired, but I did flat press, incline press, buterflies, shoulder press, seated dips, and cable press's... all went up 5-10 pounds each... now on to the next order of buisness.....
 
Sadly this camera is much better and not sure becaue the lighting was much better this time (lol replaced lightbulbs with 100W, and replaced one overhead that was burnet out, but I just feel "fatter" in these pics, not the happy part is I can definatly see some beef down below the "Heat Retention Barrior" or HRB as I like to call it, some call it FAT....
 
I can consider these my new before pictures... please be honest and give me some opinions, I know my poseing sucks, I have 22%BF right now, weight at 225, I have major water bloat as I just cycled creatine and over the past week have put on close to 10LBs in that time, and am not very pumped... no leg pictures because I just forgot....
