Soo... got some new pics to update.... my back is far form pumped, same as my biceps...
tonight was chest night, good night, felt some pain in my shoulder on my last chest set... not gunna post the workout stats cause im lazy and tired, but I did flat press, incline press, buterflies, shoulder press, seated dips, and cable press's... all went up 5-10 pounds each... now on to the next order of buisness.....
Sadly this camera is much better and not sure becaue the lighting was much better this time (lol replaced lightbulbs with 100W, and replaced one overhead that was burnet out, but I just feel "fatter" in these pics, not the happy part is I can definatly see some beef down below the "Heat Retention Barrior" or HRB as I like to call it, some call it FAT....
I can consider these my new before pictures... please be honest and give me some opinions, I know my poseing sucks, I have 22%BF right now, weight at 225, I have major water bloat as I just cycled creatine and over the past week have put on close to 10LBs in that time, and am not very pumped... no leg pictures because I just forgot....
