Cable flys: 80-12/ 90-12/ 100-10
Dual axis press machine(using the dual axis motion):70-12/ 90-10/ 100-8
Dual axis incline: 80-12/ 90-10/ 100-10
Cable tricep push: 130-12/ 140-8/ 150-6
Crunch machine 100-20/ 110-20/ 130-20
30 minutes of cardio
Sunday was Legs
Squat: 255-12/ 305-10/ 325-8
Calve raises: 310-12/ 315-12/ 32510
Stiff leg dead lifts: 110-12/ 120-10/ 130-6
Crunch machine 120-20/ 130-20/ 140-20
Oblique Machine: (each side)100-12/ 110-10/ 130-8
No cardio.... could barely walk...
Monday SHoulder/ Back/ Bicep
Standing rows 65-12/ 75-10/ 85-8
Bent rows 75-12/ 85-10/ 95-8
lat raises 95-12/ 105-10/ 110-8
shoulder press 100-12/ 105-10/ 110-8
preacher curl: 95-12/ 100-8/ 105-5
