Weighed in and am doing quite well came in at 216.8, BF% is 20.35..... nearly to the teens in BF!! 40 Lbs of flabby fat to go, then I would be 0% in theory..... ehehe... so like 10% is a realistic number :). Me so sexy fat boy..

All in all good night... gotta get my diet back on track... been living off protein bars for the past 2 weeks, not getting in my vitamins every day either...
